Who is responsible

This policy covers the website Betandlink.com (the "Site"). The data controller is the owner of the Site, reachable at info@betandlink.com.

What we collect

The Site is a static website: it has no user accounts, no forms and no newsletter, and it does not set cookies of its own.

Server logs. Like every website, the Site is served by a hosting provider that records the technical data of each visit (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type) for security and operation. These logs are kept for the time required by the provider and by law.

Your country. The homepage asks a third-party service (geojs.io, with country.is as a fallback) which country your IP address belongs to, in order to show your flag next to each bookmaker: in full colour where the bookmaker accepts players from your country, faded where it does not. Only the country code is returned; we do not store your IP address, and the code is kept in your browser only for the duration of your visit. If you use a VPN, the flag shows the VPN's country.

Fonts. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts: when a page opens, your browser sends your IP address to Google to download them.

Your local time. The clock in the top bar is computed by your browser and is never sent anywhere.

E-mail

If you write to us, we keep your message and address only to answer you and for as long as needed for that. We do not share them with anyone.

Third-party websites

Links to bookmakers and other websites lead to sites we do not control, each with its own privacy policy. Some links are affiliate links: the bookmaker may record that you came from Betandlink.com in order to pay us a commission. Read the operator's policy before you register.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to info@betandlink.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Changes

We may update this policy: the date of the last change is shown in the "Last Update" label at the top of the page.
